Below are the details of my return and refund policy for book orders:
Personalized book orders are final. Due to the custom nature of these orders, I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once your order has been processed.
Standard Book Orders: Any non-personalized book can be requested for return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the book must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, along with all other items shipped with the book, including but not limited to stickers, bookmarks, and art prints.
Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please email me at alicewriteszombies@alicebsullivan.com with your order number and reason for the return. I will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the necessary details to proceed with the return.
Please do not send items back without contacting me first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged Books: If your book arrived damaged, email me at alicewriteszombies@alicebsullivan.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
